As you know there has been much conflict between the nations in this region. It has affected the gospel workers. An evangelist and his family are working in Muslim areas for Christ. He is a church planter, and one disciple named … has already planted a 2nd generation church. It is a dangerous area for believers but many converts to Christ are happening in this area.

Thank God, he is a very bold witness for Christ and doesn’t hold back on his words as he shares Christ to the Muslims. He helps with providing safe houses for families and others who are in danger due to their faith in Christ. The local currency has collapsed and due to the conflict, many refugees are fleeing the troubled areas.

With God’s help, the believers are going forth. In other regions among the Druze several converted Druzes are reaching the Muslims and hosting Bible studies. Several have come to Christ and they are in the process of discipling them to grow in the grace of God.

It is a test of their faith to make it through these times, yet the gospel workers are thinking of others and trying to reach their fellow countrymen for Christ. Muslims hearts are opening to the message of grace found in Jesus Christ and many testimonies are coming forth on how Jesus is changing lives. Praise the Lord. Please keep them in prayer.
